This is the second vehicle that we have purchased in only a few months from McGovern in Newton. Pedro, Wilson, and William are true professionals and give car dealerships a very good name. Our young daughter was in a car-totaling accident last week. Replacing the car was not something that we had planned for. Yet, there we were back at McGovern. (We had purchased a vehicle for my other daughter only in January.) Before we looked at any vehicle, I wanted to check in with the finance person, Pedro. Not only was Pedro responsive and helpful, he took the time to express his sincere relief that my daughter, nor anyone else, was hurt in the accident. This meant the world to me as it had been a very traumatic week. I didn't want to be buying another car, but Pedro (extremely helpful and compassionate), Wilson (personable and knowledgeable), and William (friendly and efficient) made it easier, more peaceful, and pleasant.
