Prompt, friendly service I overslept for my appointment, but that did not ruffle their feathers. As soon as I arrived, I was checked-in and given an overview of their customer I overslept for my appointment, but that did not ruffle their feathers. As soon as I arrived, I was checked-in and given an overview of their customer waiting lounge. The area was clean and felt very comfortable. There are workstations with charging ports and free wifi, so I was able to complete some work tasks while I waited for my car. The service was completed in less than an hour. After being escorted to the cashier by the service coordinator, I paid for the maintenance and was able to be on my way, all before 10:00 a.m. Everyone was very cordial and respectful. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with this service center. My new Nissan has a service home. More

Last minute price change We traveled about 3 hours to purchase a used truck from George Mazzant after agreeing on a price. TWICE we confirmed the amount of the purchase price We traveled about 3 hours to purchase a used truck from George Mazzant after agreeing on a price. TWICE we confirmed the amount of the purchase price before we agreed to make the trip. We were adamant about confirming the out the door purchase price. We arrived at the dealership and waited for George to come in. Then we were able to take a test drive. We were excited to make the purchase. When we were about to sign the papers they suddenly informed us of a $900 certification fee. We left without making the purchase. We felt insulted and furious! We could not believe we were treated in such a way. Just to let the dealership know, we had another family member ready to make a purchase also. You can bet that wont happen now. More
