Horrible Communication They did a great job of doing the actual service but as far as communication it sucked. The service rep was not professional. He called and just started talking I had to ask a name. On top of that he claimed he would call me when the inspector came out to see my car (never did) I had to call. He claimed he would call when the part for my car came in ( never did) I had to call. He claimed he would call when the was done (never did) I had to call. Then when my car was done I told the service rep who answered that I would pick up the following day, so the service rep who was supposed to be taking care of me felt like it was okay to call me and ask why I didn’t want to get the car that same day. Some of us actually do have a job. I will not be visiting this location anymore. More

Diagnostic U went to get a diagnostic done on my car to see why my blind spot sensors wasn’t working. They were able to get my car in with hardly any delay. Afte U went to get a diagnostic done on my car to see why my blind spot sensors wasn’t working. They were able to get my car in with hardly any delay. After about 30min or so Jerry called me to let me know that the diagnostic was complete. In the meantime while my son and I waited, we helped ourselves to some chips and bottled water and watched some television. Jerry was very professional and prompt with his service, and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. More

Do not value their customers.. Found a coupon for an alignment and brakes on McDonough Nissans website. I called to schedule the service appointment and told the service rep about t Found a coupon for an alignment and brakes on McDonough Nissans website. I called to schedule the service appointment and told the service rep about the coupon. When I got to the delaership, they would not honor their own coupon from their website stating it was a typo and incorrect coupon. The manager all but said my business was not worth the $70 coupon misprint. I was a loyal customer up until that point. I will not be going back. I will just drive to Morrow! More
