We believe as consumers we are entitled to We like the vehicle we purchased, however, we are not satisfied with the procedures of finance ethics used. We believe as consumers we are entitled to have all finances disclosed before making our decision ie. cost, approval, & apr rates as these all help to enfluence our decisions of a payment we are comfortable with . We don’t make decisions according to what we can afford as a payment limit, I believe that is a unethical way to do business. We asked several questions about the APR and we were told it was federal law not to be disclosed before final documents were prepared. We have purchased too many vehicles to know this is not so!
