Lack of customer service and updates regarding the vehicle left her with a bad taste in her mouth and obviously she wasn’t the only one due to she could not speak with the service manager due to other customers who were in the same situation and showing their displeasure with the service to the manager. I have purchased three other cars and never experienced nothing like this. We purchase the vehicle but notified them of issues we saw after the fact. The issues were minor issues which is the sad part. We also purchase the extended warranty and it is still under manufacturing warranty. Since we made the two days prior you would think we wouldn’t have any issues. We notified them of the issue and they stated it was nothing they could do. I contacted my lawyer and called to tell them what was discussed, then they want to comply! They are only after a sell and could care less about what they customer feels when we are the reason they got the sale in the first place! I would not recommend this dealership at all and sad part is we have family that will like to purchase in the ear future. I spoke to Bryan from the service department and Robert and they were great and apologized for our experience. The only thing is I still have to take the vehicle to my local dealership because they could not fix it the same day since we live out of the area. More

Patience Timely Above Average I came in for a recall procedure. Alex told me that if I came in Nissan would fill up my gas tank and detail my car. While I waited in the lobby, staff were answering my questions and one gentleman offered me an umbrella to go outside. The detailer made me want to give him a hug but he was real quick and I didnt see him afterwards. It felt like I sat in a brand new car again! I love this Nissan McDonough location and I always reccomend people to your company. You all are more than just a car dealership.
