Sales Man Lied We purchase a 2015 Rouge in 2018 and was told by the sales person that their dealership offered FREE Life time oil changes . When we took the car back for its 2nd oil change we were told the only the 1st oil change was free . They mislead us on the purchase . Had we known this we would not have purchased the car ! More

Lack of communication I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I I had to update my phone number 3 times before it was finally done to include talking to the service manager Brian. Finally Shelby changed it after I inquired about the current number. This time I had to call and find out my part was in after several weeks. When I came in to the shop to replace the part Elvis was helpful. I left the car and within a few hours Elvis called and the cashier called saying my vehicle was ready. Maybe from now on service will be more reliable as they were this time. More
