Misleading sale tactics and dishonesty We saw a online ad for a SUV we been looking for and went to test drive. We test drove, loved the SUV and decided to buy. Salesman George creates a contract with added fees that were not priced on the advertised posting on their website. According to GA state law, consumers must purchase a vehicle at the price it was advertised for and are not responsible for any additional fee. George added extra $2100 in fees to our contract. We brought the issue to the general sale manager Chuck attention and he only agree to refund $699 in dealer fees. We then had to keep calling the gen. sales manager Chuck to make sure he held up his agreement to refund, but kept giving us the run around. I had to personally speak to the accountant manager there to get the check processed to the bank. Overall we didn't appreciate the misleading tactics and dishonesty used to make a sale. More
