Bad service Took my car in for a recall, didn't have part on the 17th. Was told I would get a call the next day. No call. Was told he would let me know something in about 15 mins. Was told nothing until I approached him and was told they did not hear anything after 2 1/2 hours. Said they would fux the recall and would take about 30 mins. Again another hour. After 3 1/2 hours I left still hearing the noise and now vibrations. More

Check engine light to new Transmission So they took it in, called me within 20mins to let me know i needed a whilole new transmission. I have Maxcare so i wasn’t too up set. They gave me a rental that was the same make as my car, but newer. It was pretty simple to get the rental, no cost was put to me. I only paid the deductible for my warranty $50. They called me later to let me know my car was ready. I walked in paid my fee. Walked out with my car. They even apologize for not washing my baby. 😉. They did keep my car longer than was estimated (2 days longer) but I’m not upset about it. More
