4 hours 20 mins I got there at 8 for a oil change tire rotation and to check prices for trim on door. The oil change was fast they needed to replace a tire that was w I got there at 8 for a oil change tire rotation and to check prices for trim on door. The oil change was fast they needed to replace a tire that was wearing wrong. Breaks needed bled. I asked how long this would take Jerry said 45 mins. I watched the guy put my new tire on and walk away. My car sat on the stand for about 45 mins with no one touching it. Jerry said his master mechanic needed to work on it. His master mechanic took about 20 mins to change the door trim oil something on each tire and put my car on The balancer. They took my car to detailing. I asked for it back. At that time I had been there 4 hours and 20 mins. I left got down the highway and my car was pulling to the left. I explained I have had three back surgeries and couldn’t be up there like that. This visit cost me over 400 dollars and my car is pulling. Insane! More

Not to confident I originally had a bad experience at McDonough Nissan when I relocated to the area. I decided to give them another try. Keyshia was great an reassured me I would be taken care of. I eventually had my Buick and Nissan serviced. I returned and Jesus was courteous and just as reassuring as Keyshia. I did ask about my car being vacuumed and washed and Jesus said only vacuumed. When my service was done I was surprised to find that my vehicle did get washed. Splendid, I thought, until I got in and saw the vehicle hadn't been vacuumed at all. I have lived in this area less than 2 years and I have witnessed 3 different service managers and have received substandard service on more occasions then great service. I am reluctant to trust my vehicle servicing to McDonough Nissan. A vehicle carries around the most precious cargo of the owners. I am just not that confident about being provided top notch services More
