The unpressured professional sale/purchase of my vehicle I was greeted and assisted immediately with courtesy and professionalism. When I returned to speak to the manager about lingering questions, he faked invoice prices to defend the advisor's pricing. This I discovered when family, friends and I called McDonough Nissan later to ask the price for my same service... the phone quoted prices were always the same, meaning I was definitely overcharged $70. An unpleasant survey later got me a call and kind apology from the poor soul sent to contact me and "make things right", but it had nothing to do w Stephen or the Service Mgr that each went out of their way to make me feel unappreciated, cheated, and decieved. On a lighter note, Cronic Nissan has only ever given us excellent service and they've never overcharged us. So even though it's a longer drive to Cronic Nissan, it's the only place we go to service our Nissan More

Ripped Off I purchased a Nissan Rouge on October 22, 2018 from Nissan Mcdonough. They ripped me off. As the sales man smiled in my face taking my $2500 deposit I purchased a Nissan Rouge on October 22, 2018 from Nissan Mcdonough. They ripped me off. As the sales man smiled in my face taking my $2500 deposit; he had me sign an as is form. Well today I had to purchase 4 new tires for over $500. Nissan sold me a car knowing that the tires were not good; putting me and my families life in danger. When I called the sales manager Byron Gordon to give Nissan a chance to make their wrong right Byron told me that the tires on a used car has at least 50% tread (What Kind of xxxx is that). He told me to bring my car in and he would check my tires and help me out. Well Byron helped me out Ok! His sorry xxx didn't even offer me a seat while he looked at my tires than the computer. He than said "Yup you do need 4 new tires; but its nothing we can do. I told him that the two customers that I was referring to Nissan wont be coming and I want to file a complaint. Byron walked off and returned with is business card with Nissan's consumer affairs number written on it (WOW). I called and filed my complaint, and after their investigation they told me that I signed a as is form and it was nothing they could do (REALLY). I would not refer Mcdonough Nissan to my worst enemy. They can care less about their customers safety as long as they get a sale. I am going to file a claim with the BBB and re post my complaint on everyone of my social media pages and re post them weekly. I want everyone to know just how low down and dirt Mcdonough Nissan is. More
