All day long! I spent 5 hours in this dealership. The salesman Ryan Shinholster was nice however he also took way longer than I felt necessary to getting keys so we I spent 5 hours in this dealership. The salesman Ryan Shinholster was nice however he also took way longer than I felt necessary to getting keys so we could test drive one vehicle. Then he messed up the paperwork and we had to sit and wait some more. Even though we chose Grey the paperwork said black. Then it was silver, again grey. He even pulled it around and couldn’t do the correct paperwork. Maybe it was all the family phone calls he took that brought out this, I do not know. The tank wasn’t close to ful- the gas station was closed or something is what he told me. Then they tried to send me on my way with only 1 key. 5 more minutes waiting for them to locate it and saunter back with them. I only looked at 3 Rogues so I just don’t think 5 hours is customary.... I like the vehicle, but maybe should have waited until today and went to Tennison. More
