Tuesday 23 April 2019 My GREAT Experience @McDonough NISSAN Yesterday, Tuesday 23 April 2019, I was at the VA Hospital almost all day; on my way home I realized that my service on my car is due! So I did a "Drive Up or Walk In" and they were busy but they still gave me their undevided attention! I must Give A High Five! " 5 " Shout Out and 1,000 % To the Employee that assisted me: A Bilingual Young Man Mr. Jesus Bautista (English- Spanish), very personable, pleasant young man! Priced Right, but NO Customer Service at all We bought two used vehicles on the same day. Worked the deal by phone. Salesman was new but nice. However, used vehicles do not come with floor mats, We bought two used vehicles on the same day. Worked the deal by phone. Salesman was new but nice. However, used vehicles do not come with floor mats, only one key and you leave with your gas tank on empty. You do not find this out until you do your paperwork and get the car ready. Was told if I wanted another key, I had to pay for it and although my trade has 3/4 tank of gas, they do not fill up cars with gas on purchase. Just terrible on the customer end. No way I would ever take my car there for service with that customer care in mind. More
