I spoke with Michael an Advisor and found him to be very professional, friendly and informative. He was also very thorough in explaining what was typically covered under this type of service, but was also candid about what services may not be needed if the history showed it was recently done. Michael also provided me with an estimation of how long the service should take to complete. However, when he realized that I needed to leave for work in a few hours, he arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle to use overnight to avoid interrupting my work schedule and allow for the service to get completed the same day. Michael also kept me informed of my vehicle's status throughout the day. All other staff members were very courteous as well. Thank you for making this a pleasantly surprising experience. More
