Unhappy Customer I'm an unhappy customer who feels McDonough Nissan has unfair practices selling cars! I purchased a Jeep Patriot on 10/03 and had to pay about $800 I'm an unhappy customer who feels McDonough Nissan has unfair practices selling cars! I purchased a Jeep Patriot on 10/03 and had to pay about $800 for repairs that should have been fixed by your dealership before the car left the lot. Plus change oil light feature came on at 60000 miles when I was advised that would be around 63182 miles or by 12/29/2019! On 10/31/2019, I came there to have the car serviced and it was done by Dane, who was very professional and kind! In addition I requested reimbursement for the money I spent. I spoke with Chuck Tolar who denied my request for reimbursement. He said Fivestar Jeep lied about the repairs needed and the oil light came on because it wasn't reset! I asked why wasn't the car sent to a Jeep dealership; he said "we don't do that!" I worked for Butler Lexus in the service department and I know good quality service when I experience it! This was poor service. I plan to send a letter to Nissan Corporation, Better Business Bureau as well as leave reviews on your website in the Leave us a review, customer testimonial and your Blog! Bottom line is I wanted reimbursement for $798.47, which is a drop compared to the money you will not make due to bad publicity! More
