poor service I want to start by saying be careful who you buy your next car from. I purchased 2015 chevy impala from this Nissan in McDonough. When I got the car I I want to start by saying be careful who you buy your next car from. I purchased 2015 chevy impala from this Nissan in McDonough. When I got the car I asked about a warranty I was told my car doesn’t come with a warranty so I asked could buy one and i was told he could sell me one if he wanted to. So I went ahead a purchase the car thinking, hey this a real dealership not a buy here pay here and they had to make sure everything is okay on the car before they sold it to me . To my surprise a week after getting the car I’m driving on the highway and my transmission light start flashing and went off. Call the dealership they told me everything checked out and nothing was wrong with the car. I get home and look under my hood for the first time my whole battery is corroded with bad wires I paid $541 to fix it. Come to find out a week later light came back on. Chevy took apart my transmission and found that battery acid leaked all over my transmission control module (tcm) and (bcm) and it needed to be replaced. Chevy quoted me 2,299.74 to fix it and also said this was a pre existing problem and was over looked I called the general manager CHUCK TAYLOR of the Nissan dealership and he informed me basically I am on my own and I have to fix it my self because I didn’t have a warranty. I asked several employees for the owner’s phone number or email and all 7 times that I asked I was told they only person I am allowed to talk to is CHUCK TAYLOR. I SPOKE WITH Antoine Tarpley, Quentin Taylor, Ryan Shinholster in regards of getting a print out of the pre checklist they do before the sale the cars off their lot. I was told from Ryan Shinholster that CHUCK TAYLOR said, I couldn’t have it at first because its “internal use only”. Then I called back and they said they would send it and it still hasn’t been sent to my email. There is a lack of professionalism, courtesy and communication when dealing with this dealership. Management is rude and not helpful. If they did their job and check my car before selling it they would have lifted the lid to my battery seen it was corroded took it out and seen that the acid from the battery leak all over my transmission control module (tcm) and damaging my car. More

Beware of add on pricing Although our salesman was awesome. There’s some false Advertising in the pricing. I have purchased used cars many times at dealerships. Above the “sticker price” there was an almost $2k “reconditioning fee” added when we went to sit down and purchase. At no time was this mentioned it added additional cost. We were just told it was “reconditioned”. Not something we asked for the dealer to do. In my opinion, this fee needs to be represented in the sale price, already included. With that fee and taxes, the price presented was $3k more than the sticker price. Kind of a bait and switch tactic. Again, our salesman was great and attentive. We didn’t feel pressured. He wasn’t pushy. But the price issue left us with a negative feeling of the dealership. More
