The sales person was phenomenal. Even the guy that closed out the deal. What I didn’t like was being hit with a $800 fee that should have been included in the sales price. Because they didn’t complete the inspection prior to placing the online marketing of the vehicle. Then the manager changed it to $300 as if it was a courtesy. To be honest I felt it wasn’t because if the marketing add was incorrect online in which it was then the sale should have been honored as advertised with only charging extra for tax, tag and title. That’s not good business at all. If it wasn’t an urgency for me to purchase a vehicle I would not have. I don’t think the customer (myself) should have had to pay for your companies incorrect info. Baited and Switched Missouri Taxes for sale and no GAS!!!!!! I am highly dissatisfied with McDonough Nissan. We agreed to a total price of 26k for the vehicle. My Missouri taxes on the itemized non-official ledg I am highly dissatisfied with McDonough Nissan. We agreed to a total price of 26k for the vehicle. My Missouri taxes on the itemized non-official ledger form was 2000 dollars calculated for the sate of Missouri and Greene County. I was told that the number was correct for the calculation of taxes. Looking at the paperwork after the fact, which is my loss, my taxes were 1400 dollars on the official ledger form. Of course the initial itemized negotiation letter no longer exists. Additionally, I was allowed to leave the lot in a new used car purchase in a car that was 28 miles until empty. AN EMPTY CAR?!! Unfortunately, the dealership does not care about that 30 days later. I was not advised on registration in the state of Missouri or at least guided in the right direction. The two good thing were that they assisted in allowing the car to be shipped from their location and they detailed it well. Read your paperwork carefully, even after the agreed price! Number shifted in my sale and it may in yours. Good business should never be an exception. Be the opposite of what you don't like to see in others. Regards, Maurice More
