Service tech quickly found the problem and fixed it. I was concerned it might be too intermittent to find but it was easy. Car runs much better. Scheduling and timing were good. Parts were ordered for a recent recall, and I am confident Doug will get back to me as soon as the parts arrived. The waiting time was less than I expected, and Dough communicated with me about the progress, so I was always up to speed. Great experience. More
