I've brought my car for service to McDonald Volkswagen for 4 years, and overall can say that they are as good as any shop I've ever utilized in my over 45 years of driving. Steven, Danny and the entire service team are unfailingly professional, polite, and always go out of their way to be accommodating, and the quality of the work has been solid. It's great to find a shop that can be trusted to "do the right thing", which is not that easy to find. More

Doug Brown and his team were wonderful. I took my car in for its 1-year service. The service was done professionally, and even included a video from the technician. Parts were ordered fo I took my car in for its 1-year service. The service was done professionally, and even included a video from the technician. Parts were ordered for a recent recall, and I am confident Doug will get back to me as soon as the parts arrived. The waiting time was less than I expected, and Dough communicated with me about the progress, so I was always up to speed. Great experience. More
