Spencer Allen and Cory Lyons at McDonald Volkswagen were absolutely incredible to work with. We took my car in for its one-year checkup and ending up purchasing another new car. Spencer (our sales person) spent the majority of the day with us going over all of the features of the car as well as the pluses and minuses to owning an electric car. Daniel in the Service Dept handled everything very well. I brought my 2017 VW CC in to get the oil and antifreeze flushed and new fluids put before a pending winter storm. I was expecting that I would hav I brought my 2017 VW CC in to get the oil and antifreeze flushed and new fluids put before a pending winter storm. I was expecting that I would have to leave the car before the Service Dept could get it to it. However, Daniel told me they could get it done within a few hours and I could wait in the lobby if I wanted to. I was surprised but very happy that it could be done so quickly. After the work was done, Daniel reviewed everything with me including the inspection of the vehicle and we discussed how that fit with my plan for a comprehensive check-up in the spring. Great work! More

My wife and I were shopping for a new VW Atlas. We had a horrible experience with our local dealer. We couldn’t get a call returned they seemed disinterested and unprofessional. We shopped around on line and found the exact vehicle we wanted at McDonsld VW in Denver. Our salesman Tyler was ECEPTIONAL! We got a fair price on our trade in and a good deal on the new Atlas. It was over the New Year holiday weekend and Tyler volunteered to deliver the car to us. It’s a three hour drive to our home. This was a huge favor and great relief to us, as it was an extremely busy time for us. The paperwork was a breeze and he took over an hour in the new car with us to explain all of its features. It is by far the best car buying experience we have ever had and highly recommend this dealership. More
