Our business and confidence was won by the exceptionally responsive, respectful, intelligent, forthright, kind, and attentive integrity demonstrated by Internet Salesperson, Charles Bradley. Unfortunately less than a month from delivery Charles mysteriously disappeared and Internet Salesperson Travis Ratliff was left to finish our transaction. While Travis is quite personable, enthusiastic and surely just as integrity driven, we cannot be certain we would have ordered our new vehicle from Ehrlich had he been our initial contact rather than Charles. That being said, we are nonetheless delighted that we did. Travis was friendly, eager and accessible, and had personal experience with our vehicle, so was able to demonstrate and explain things from a first-hand perspective. We also had a fine experience with finance manager Brad Ambrozevitch, he was patient, helpful, intuitive and informative. We would have liked to have been made aware of certain options he offered in advance of our coming to pick-up the vehicle, however: we were happy to learn about and purchased the extended Toyota Care, warranties and Ding Monkey service, but would have come better prepared to pay; and we were forced to decline options to preserve/protect the new car paint and upholstery, as we would have had to leave the vehicle, and arrange a pick-up, yet again, having already juggled schedules and driven quite a way. We do believe the team would have worked to accommodate us if we had decided these options were an absolute must, but having driven up in, and already relinquished, our trade it would have been overly complicated. When Travis introduced us to Justin Baird, Service Manager, we were also impressed enough to learn that the Service Department of this dealership does things a bit differently than others (in that their staff are actual Ehrlich employees, rather than a separate contracted company), that we first gladly planned to drive more than a hour to use them for our scheduled maintenance visits rather than a dealership right around the corner. Cactus Sweeney in Customer Relations was also pleasant, engaging and seemed sincere in his desire to ensure our satisfaction during his after-sale interview with us. We are bit put off now, that of the several emails Ehrlich has sent just days since our purchase, we've only received obvious form letters, rather than personal follow-ups; especially considering the commitment to excellence and customer service having been so highly touted. We are sure this would be the case with any dealership, but would still prefer the consistently genuine and earnest communication after the sale, that we experienced before and during the process. This has caused us to doubt some of our own enthusiasm for the dealership. Still, having shopped around prior, Ehrlich is clearly a leader in terms of its longevity; fair, direct, even-handed, no-tatic, policies and pricing; softer and more thoughtful salesmanship; and practical and principled handling of its service department and personnel. We felt very welcome at the dealership from the point of just test driving a vehicle to actually picking one up the next day. We were not rushed at any point. There was no obvious limit on the number of questions we could ask and the tone was one of "we are here to help you, tell us what you need". We wanted a basic car without a lot of options and frills and that is what we got....the Toyota Prius has almost every option on it anyway. On the big day - we were immediately taken to see our new Prius in the indoor delivery bay. Again, patience was the byword and Chad was very thorough and patient is going over every single control complete with some trial runs and even went so far as to help us program the blue tooth on my phone to the car's hand's free system (and we used this within an 15 mins of departing the dealership). I would have loved to have seen some flexibility on dealer charges for delivery but this had nothing to do with the staff we dealt with. At every point of the process, we were made to feel special and welcome and that this staff and this dealership puts "making the customer happy and satisfied" at the top of its agenda. What a departure from life with car dealers 30 years ago. I also noted to Travis that during our email exchange - I asked for an honest statement of bottom line pricing and I got it - accurate to the penny. Another dealer gave me a page and a half of reasons to buy from them but never gave me a price. I appreciate the honesty and responsiveness that began with our first email exchange. More

Robert suggested I look at the 2011 Highlander. At first I was not interested. After Robert showed me several vehicles that were loaded with the options I saught, he suggested again that the Highlander may be a good choice. He showed me one and I new then that we had found our new SUV. Highlander."There can only be one!"...Robert and the rest of the staff were excellent on this experience. Richard did an amazing job at getting me the best financing terms I could get at the time. Thank you all so much for as usual making my car buying experience a pleasure! More
We bought a 2008 Accord from Big Rob at Erlich and really thought that the dealership and Rob were good to work with. We liked that their approach seemed fairly casual and there wasn't the akward pressure or thought that the dealership and Rob were good to work with. We also noticed the dealership donates bicycles to local studentts based on their attendance, which seemed like a great way to give back to the community. Overall we enjoyed the experience, felt like we were treated fairly and will go back next time. More
Mr. Luis Noriega is a wonderful car dealer. My family thrusts him with our car purchase. We feel that he listened to what we want and the price we were willing to pay and he tried really hard to accommod thrusts him with our car purchase. In the past my parents bought a new toyota Metrix from Mr. Noriega. He done a follow-up checkup; when my father mentioned there is a problem with wipers Mr. Noriega arranged for free replacement. When the time come for me to buy a car, my mother told me about "wonderful" salesman at the Fort Collins Toyota that we have to visit. When we found out that Mr. Noriega was moved to Greeley we went to see him in Greeley. I was looking for a used car, good on gas and he got me what i was looking for. And i feel comfortable that the car i left in will work well for years to come. In the future we are hoping that Mr. Noriega will help us, again, to make a good car purchase. Also my family will recommend Mr. Noriega to our friends, who are looking to buy a car. More
This is my second purchase from Ehrlich Toyota and I have been more than satisfied on both occasions. On this occasion, I was not sure what vehicle I wanted to move into and my salesman, Chad Reiss, conside been more than satisfied on both occasions. On this occasion, I was not sure what vehicle I wanted to move into and my salesman, Chad Reiss, considered my needs, considered my budget and solved the problem with ease. I have never dealt with a car salesman who has as much product knowledge for a given vehicle as Chad Reiss. Not only did he find the perfect vehicle for me, he knew everything about it and then some. People want to know what they're getting and that's exactly what he did for me. The price "negotiators" were easy to work with and I did not feel pressured at any time during the decision process. I will say, however, the finance officer was far too aggressive in his attempt to sell me the gap insurance. I was very upset that he was reluctant to accept my decline and he continued to push the issue. When a customer says "NO THANK YOU", that means just what it says.........."NO THANK YOU". I absolutely will not go through the paperwork process with that employee EVER AGAIN. In closing, I will purchase from your dealership in the future and I could write a book on Chad Reiss. He is the absolute best customer service/salesman I have ever dealt with and I will be a lifelong customer of his. I hope you recognize what a great employee you have in Chad Reiss. I should say frist we went to a different toyota dealership, was not happy with the deal they offered, and walked away.. We went to Ehrlich Toyota, in Greeley CO, and we meet Matt... I was not ver dealership, was not happy with the deal they offered, and walked away.. We went to Ehrlich Toyota, in Greeley CO, and we meet Matt... I was not very happy and told him I think toyota is going to lose me, as a toyota owner (by the way we always have loved our toyota's). He asked us to take as much time as we needed but to please just talk to him. we left that day. He took the time to call us the next day. We did not go back in for two weeks, and even then went when we thought they would be closed. But Matt was there, as friendly, and helpful as before. so we talked, before the evening was over we got a beautiful Rav 4. Love it, Love it Love it.. and as for the Ehrlich Toyota Team, they were all amazing. Every person we delt with, was professional, friendly, and people you feel you would like to do business with again. We will and have been telling everyone we know, you have to go see Matt, at Ehrlich Toyota... That they are just the best... Dewey and Sharon Raburn.. More
