We were out on a Saturday looking for a new car. I was interested in a Nissan Murano but we thought we would start at the Toyota store. Tabitha stepped right up to help us and showed us the Rav4. I liked it but was still thinking about the murano. She took us down to Ehrlich Nissan and we test drived a used Murano. It was nice but had almost 50,000 miles on it and I wanted something with less. It was priced almost the same as a new RAV4 so we decided that a new car was better than a used one for the price. We really liked the Black Forest Pearl RAv4 and after a few minutes of dealing had it at a price we could afford. They allowed us to take the car to lunch and we were able to sit down and talk about it. We didn't feel pressured to buy. Tabitha is an excellent sales rep and we feel as if she is our friend. It was a great dealer experience and we would send anyone we know looking for a car to Tabitha. More

What made him stand out for me was his ability to help me whittle away at my "must" list to narrow down what was most requirement for the job, IMO. After calculations on gas consumption (cost-per-year) and other variables across 4-5 car models (not all of which were Toyotas), I had two choices at least as good as the Prius I had initially thought to buy. Ehrlich personnel were helpful throughout the sales process. If any pressure tactics had been used, I'd have left immediately. Been there; experienced that; didn't like it. I did some online checking to see what my old car was worth before going to the dealership. Their trade-in allowance matched what I felt the car was worth; no quibbling. That was a big plus. Mario was great to work with. He knew that i needed to make the transaction as quickly as possible. The whole process started 2 days prior by phone. We bought a car from this dealership and they did not deliver on what was promised, so we cancelled the transaction. We had to call and wait several weeks to get our down payment back.
