This was my second trip to Ehrlich's to buy a new Toyota Ray 4. By chance, on the first visit, Travis Ratliffe was my salesperson. I really liked that Rav 4, the proximity of the dealership to my home and the ease of getting the car serviced. When I felt it was time to trade, I checked on the website to see what was available. I talked with Travis via email and the phone, and I made an appointment to go see him. He had the car I was interested all ready for me to see. Travis is friendly and knowledgeable. He puts the customer at ease right away and explains the car's features in such a way that it is easy to understand each feature. We were able to come to an agreement, and I came home with a 2013 Rav4 Limited. It has a lot of features that my previous Rav4 did not have, and I am really enjoying them. I will return to Travis when I am ready to trade again and will recommend him and the dealership to friends and family. It was a good experience. More

I also had a great experience because I already new through my own bank how much I could afford and was approved for, which saved me 50% on interest. I have been to other dealers not knowing anything about cars or what I wanted, and know it helps when you have a better idea, and information. I would recommend them to individuals who want an honest experience. Also had no idea that Scion was built by Toyota. I felt comfortable asking any concerns or questions, and they were upfront helpful individuals. More

I was treated with respect and dignity. Luckily I drew Scott as my working salesman. He knew everything about the Tundra and went the extra step to get me hooked up with one that fit the bill just perfec Scott as my working salesman. He was very low pressure and asked for the order several times without being pushy. I really enjoyed working with him. Paul worked hard to get the price down to where I felt that it was a workable deal. Brad went over all of the papers, including the extended warranty programs with me and I finally bought one of them though I feel, and hope, that it was just money wasted. And then amiable Travis offered words of encouragement and took good care of the nice lady at the next table. All-in-all it was a productive visit. I ended up buying a Tundra which I really didn't expect to do when I walked in there. This is the second Tundra that I have bought from Ehrlich.
