Service They serviced my can in a timely fashion . They called me to pick it up saying it was finished. After driving a '18 and a pre-owned 17 we decided to purchase my '18 silver sky double cab :). At first we delt with Stephen, after some back and forth negotiating he handed us off to Dewey.. what a good choice on his part. We honestly didn't click well with Stephen and were about to leave but Dewey was great, he actually listened to what we wanted and needed to be price wise. After a little bit more negotiating signed away and left with my new tundra. Chad in finance was great to worth with as well! Being it was closing time on a Saturday we never felt rushed and all in all it was a good experience. After about 250mi I had a issue with the truck and it was back to the dealer for service, Stephanie was our contact for service and she was great!... We did have a little communication breakdown with the service manager and director due to a parts logistics issue but after talking to Jessica all was well and she got it all sorted out.. this was my first new vehicle experience and all in all Ehrlich Toyota did a great job and will get my referrals and repeat business! More
