By far the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Chad was friendly and patient with me. Scion has no haggle pricing, but even so, I was surprised at how low-pressure the experience went. This was our first purchase of a Toyota. To be honest, I really don’t like dealing with car dealerships. So, I was a bit apprehensive when my wife and I went to purchase our first Toyota. However, my concer really don’t like dealing with car dealerships. So, I was a bit apprehensive when my wife and I went to purchase our first Toyota. However, my concerns were quickly resolved once we talked with our sales associate Reggie. Reggie’s friendly demeanor and his determination to work with our budget and needs immediately alleviated my concerns. We went in to look at purchasing a used Corolla. After driving one, Travis discussed the possibility of buying a new Corolla for only a few bucks more per month. With the 0% financing, our payment was onl driving one, Travis discussed the possibility of buying a new Corolla for only a few bucks more per month. With the 0% financing, our payment was only about $45 more per month and the new one came with a great warranty, free roadside assistance for 2 years, and free scheduled maintenance for 2 yrs or 25k miles. There was no negotiating involved during the process, Travis presented us with a great price that was acceptable to my husband and I, so we didn't have to mess around with going back and forth. The whole process was quick, easy, painless, smooth, and enjoyable. All the staff were very friendly, including the service folks that we met. I will buy from Ehrlich again for sure. More

Travis Ratliff was extremely personable and professional in our new vehicle purchase. We made our deal over the phone as my wife and I are about 100 miles from the Ehrlich Toyota dealership. This was a very satisfactory visit to Ehrlich Toyota. I had gone in to have a recall (ECM) taken care of. But decided to upgrade my Corolla to a later model. The saleslady was very professiona Toyota. I had gone in to have a recall (ECM) taken care of. But decided to upgrade my Corolla to a later model. The saleslady was very professional but also very friendly which counts for a lot. An employee woth keeping!!! However I was disapponted with the S model as far as the tiny little storage bins. My old Toy had some longer bins which accepted pens, pencils and a pad. Those on the S model are practically worthless - tiny!!! Also the cruise control is not nearly as smooth as the 2008 Corolla CE. More
