I never knew that buying a new car could be an enjoyable experience before I went and visited with Scott at Ehrlich Toyota. I had bought 2 cars previously from Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins and thought I experience before I went and visited with Scott at Ehrlich Toyota. I had bought 2 cars previously from Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins and thought I was stuck with them and their horrible customer service. So to say that Scott and Ehrlich was a change of pace is a big understatement. Scott is very friendly and laid back; at no time during my visits did I feel pressured in the least. He was willing to answer any questions I had and when he did not know the answer, he was really great about seeking out the truth to address my concerns. I can honestly say that I would happily buy a car from Scott again. Additionally, everyone at Ehrlich was great. The entire buying process was very reassuring. I even met people in the service department on my first visit. This seems to be a trend at Ehrlich. They really make sure that you are happy with your purchase and with your salesman. After I had completed the transaction, another gentleman came out and asked me questions to make sure that I had a great experience. He sincerely wanted to make sure that Ehrlich Toyota was doing everything possible to make sure that the customers that leave are extremely satisfied with their work. They go above and beyond to make sure that they have great customer service. I appreciated their effort and they have earned a customer for life. More

The only reason I gave the price a 4 was because I thought they were going to give me 500 more for my trade but that was not the case they took price off my severance tax. Just purchased a new Tundra, which will be my sixth, or seventh, vehicle I have purchased from Ehrlich's. Obviously, aside from the fact I like Toyota's and Nissan's, I keep going back to Ehrlichs because seventh, vehicle I have purchased from Ehrlich's. I was in the Denver area for a business trip and decided I was in the Denver area for a business trip and decided to look at several Toyota Dealerships while here. I was prepared to buy a Prius and had done my homework ahead of time. However, I did not know anything about this particular Toyota dealership in Greeley. The Toyota.com website suggested that this dealer would have the Prius model similar to what I was looking for. After clicking my interests on the webpage, the internet salesperson, Scott Helman, contacted me by phone and email within an hour. Scott mentioned that they had a Prius with almost all of the options that I wanted and asked me to come by for a test drive. He was very patient in working with my schedule and helping me get to the dealership since I was not familiar with the area. He made it clear that he was happy to help me whenever I could get there. Since I had been looking at these cars online for several weeks, and because I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire process, it did not take me long to buy my Prius at Ehrlich. The people at Ehrlich are very friendly and polite. They provide a small town experience where everyone knows everyone else and you are respected. It is obvious that customer service is the main priority at Ehrlich. They will provide you with refreshments and allow you to take as much time as you need in a no-pressure atmosphere. However, in my case I was ready to buy, so they worked to get me done quickly. Within an hour, after the test drive, I had decided to buy the car and Scott had sat down with me to explain all of the costs plainly and clearly. Nothing was a mystery or surprise on the cost sheet and this is why I am giving a top customer service and price ratings of "5". (Although they might have gone lower in price if I had asked, I am not interested in haggling and was more than happy to pay full MSRP for the quality experience.) Within two hours, I was also done with the financing paperwork with Richard Garcia. Even though it was late in the day, Richard patiently explained the better financing that they could offer (compared to my bank) and the extra maintenance, service contract, and ding-protection options. Scott also went beyond-the-call to help me with a shuttle so that I could return the car rental from my business trip and get back to the dealership. He also helped me find out whether/how I could get a sunroof installed and how to "break in" the new car as I drove across the country the next day. He will even be reminding me when it is time to get my car serviced at the dealership in my home town. I bet if you asked the locals, you would find that Ehrlich are a great "car family" where you will enjoy coming back and visiting with the salespeople when you do your routine car maintenance. More
