We received exceptional service after the Toyota we picked out got sold out from under us at the Denver dealer Ehrlich dealt with. Then the second car (different color)at the Denver outlet was hit and picked out got sold out from under us at the Denver dealer Ehrlich dealt with. Then the second car (different color)at the Denver outlet was hit and damaged in the dealer's lot! ;-( Travis immediately located another new vehicle which was the color we had originally wanted. The upgrade cost was successfully negotiated and we now have a great Toyota RAV4 thanks to Travis and Scott! First off, many thanks to Scott Helman for being extremely friendly and helpful. My wife was three days past her due date, and we were looking for a mini van for our growing family. It just so happened that we found an awesome 2005 Sienna on the Ehrlich Toyota Scion web site, the only problem for us was that it was in Greeley as we are in Centennial. I told Scott about our situation, and how we were ready to buy but really couldn't drive to Greeley to check out the van. After we agreed on a price, Scott went above and beyond and offered to drive it to my house! How cool is that! Thanks to Scott we were able to get the mini van our growing family needed, and just in time too. Scott delivered the mini van on a Saturday afternoon and later that evening after the family drive my wife went into labor and had our son. Talk about timing! I don't generally look forward to buying a vehicle. I know what I want and I don't like being pressured at all. Scott is very personable, genuinely interested in the people he is talking to, open and friendly. He is in the business of selling cars, but he wants the deal to be right for the buyer. Customer service? My friends were more than a little surprised that he was bringing my new truck to me - almost 40 miles from the dealership. I'm about equal distance from 3 Toyota dealers. I had no reason to pick one over the others. The first response I received to my internet request for a quote was from Scott at Ehrlich. A salesperson at one of the other dealerships responded the next day and I haven't heard from her again. The third dealership never responded. So, from the beginning, the concern for the customer was obvious. That carried through the whole process, making it the most pleasant time I've ever had spending large amounts of money.
