I was surprised that with the vehicle I purchased that there wasn't a little more room for negotiation on the price., but I also realize that the Highlander Limited seems to be in short supply and to get basically the exterior.color and interior color that I wanted, I felt kind of lucky. Before I decided to purchase at Ehrlich I had checked prices up and down the front range but did not feel good about taking my business out of town. Hopefully the service dept. and the salesman I dealt with keep this in mind and will be helpful with my needs and concerns in future, because with my past experience with other dealers that hasn't always been the case. I especially appreciate when a salesperson takes the time to talk about their own product instead of bashing the competitor's.
