I purchased a new VW Beetle in 2002 from Ehrlich VW and I loved it! The Ehrlich staff was wonderful then, so I went back to them when it was time to trade in. I knew I wanted a Toyota and fell in love with loved it! The Ehrlich staff was wonderful then, so I went back to them when it was time to trade in. After 11 years, it was finally time to say gooodbye to my wife's Toyota Sienna. We visited the dealership on Saturday afternoon, the same day as their large used car sale in Fort Morgan, and were still gree wife's Toyota Sienna. We visited the dealership on Saturday afternoon, the same day as their large used car sale in Fort Morgan, and were still greeted in a timely manner even though we could see that they were short handed. Erin met us in the lot as we were browsing the selection of Corollas. We let him know we had just arrived and were just starting to look. Erin was already multitasking so he gave us his business card as asked that we call his cell phone number if we needed any assistance. Once we found the car that we thought might be the one, Erin was ready to help us with the test drive. I let him know that another local dealer had a special offer for employees where my wife works. Erin told us that if we decided it was the car that we wanted, he could beat that offer. When we returned from the test drive, we moved into the dealership to start dreaded process of negotiating. Unlike all of my past new car purchases, this one was painless. There was not the hour of going back and forth with a finance manager to settle on financing or prices. Within 15 minutes, Erin had us an answer on whether we qualified for the special financing and what they were willing to offer on my wife's used minivan. Good to his word, Erin was able to be beat the competitors offer and we were on our way to be new car owners. From there, our dealings with the finance department to our exit visit with Cactus went smooth. Right before leaving, Erin gave us an overall orientation on the car's features and synced up our smart phones to the radio. Easily, the best car buying experience I have had! More
I went to Toyota to decide what I was going to do once my lease had ended on my Corolla. I had such a great experience the last time I was there and every time that I had taken my car to get serviced. Todd w lease had ended on my Corolla. I had such a great experience the last time I was there and every time that I had taken my car to get serviced. Todd was such a great help, we test drove the Camry I ended up leasing. He was extremely helpful and never once pressured me. I felt that Todd gave me every option I asked for and let me make all the decisions. He took the time to go through all of the new internet and entune app that is in the Camry along with introducing me to the service department. I felt that we were never rushed and that we mattered. Todd was very down to earth and easy to speak with, he also explained everything very well. I would recommend Ehrlich and Todd to any and every one. I have 3 other family members that have purchased their vehicles there as well, we all feel that it Ehrlich Toyota is a great place. More
I was a little bit of a difficult customer. I showed up two hours late to meet Grant. I told him I wanted the Habernero colored Prius C and would only test drive the one in Moon Glow that they had on the two hours late to meet Grant. I told him I only wanted a Two, but then asked him all kinds of questions about the Three. After finding out the one I test drove was cheaper than I thought, I ended up buying it in the color I'd told him I didn't want. The transaction was reasonably quick, Grant answered all my questions and the sales pitch to buy add ons wasn't too hard sell. I picked it up the next day, this time arriving several hours earlier than I'd told him I would and the staff at Ehrlich was very pleasant through it all. I love the car so far... even the color. Matt was very professional and extremely helpful from the first phone call, to his follow up phone call after we had returned home with the new 4 Runner. My husband and I went to Ehrlich Toyota and Scion as we always do to have service done to our current Toyota 4Runner, we decided that enough was enough and we wanted something newer and more efficient. Normally, we would have dealt with Travis as we did with our last purchase in 2011 (he is a fantastic salesperson, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a great car buying experience). But, he was busy with another customer. Fortunately Chad was available and willing to help. We initially thought we wanted another 4Runner, but Chad had discussed our options and we decided going with a Scion FR-S was our best bet. His patience and willingness to answer all of our questions about leasing terms, payment options, choices as far as vehicle options go, he was spot on with all of it. Chad and Travis thank you for always giving us a wonderful experience, we will continue to come back again and again for any auto purchases and services! More

From the beginning to the end of our car buying experience he hussled, was kind and related well, paid attention to details of the sale, and worked to make sure he was offering us both the highest quality service and the highest quality product (including additional work on the car body paint, tire balancing, and interior cleaning that needed to be addressed). Matt Cunningham is an employee at Ehrlich's that we would definitely recommend. He works well as part of the larger staff while making sure to relate well with the customers and, surely, meeting his sales quotas. He is an outstanding employee and Ehrlich's should be proud to have him on staff. More
