My daughter and I had been researching on the internet for a Toyota Highlander. We live in Thornton, Colorado and even though we lived closer to other Toyota Dealerships, Ehrlich Toyota had the exact car for a Toyota Highlander. From the time that we entered the showroom, every salesperson was very friendly and wanted to know if we had been helped. We test drove the vehicle, and we were left alone to make a decision as to which vehicle and accessories that we wanted. I was not pressured into taking a particular vehicle. They were very considerate in trying to get the paperwork completed and getting us on the road before dark. Paul still made the time to explain all of the features inside the vehicle so that we would feel comfortable in driving it home.
