We had been tossing the idea around for months .Matt was VERY patience, friendly and went the extra mile in letting me drive different vehicles . I am glad also that you can work together as a team because I had previously talked with others from the dealership like Travis from my email . He also was very friendly and informative. Matt was very helpful in coming up with the idea to lease which allowed us that option and a much lower payment. Leasing a vehicle is all new to us and didn't know it could be an option. love my new car, there is a lot to learn about all the things it can do but time is on my side. so it is a surprise to me to have a new car when I have been telling my friends that I wasn't going to do it so it is a surprise to them also. a nice surprise. I told him what I wanted, and what I could spend, and he made it happen, no hassles and no fuss. I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want, and Samuel excelled at listening, which is not always common from salesmen. The most fun a person can have buying a car I have purchased a vehicle from Ehrlich Toyota in the past and had a wonderful experience. After driving a few other brands of vehicles I was back to I have purchased a vehicle from Ehrlich Toyota in the past and had a wonderful experience. After driving a few other brands of vehicles I was back to Toyota. Upon stepping foot on the car lot I was greeted immediately by Samuel Leslie. He inquired as to what brought me in for a visit. I got a flyer in the mail that stated I could come in and upgrade from the car I was currently driving. I just wanted to see what my options were. He showed me around and we looked at a few of the vehicles I was interested in. He had answers to all of my questions. He was so friendly and so personable I felt like I was just hanging out with a longtime friend. I didn’t at all feel pressured to buy a new vehicle. We crunched some numbers and I wasn’t sure if I could proceed without my husband. A few hours later I returned to the dealership. I had decided on the vehicle I wanted but I wasn’t sure on the color. I decided to take another test drive (not that color changes the driving experience, but I had to make sure). I had a million more questions that Samuel answered thoroughly. I felt confident in the vehicle I was buying. When it came down to actually buying the vehicle it went quickly and smoothly. We worked out a price that worked for me and a financing option that really made my day! I really feel as though I got a good deal for a great vehicle! I also feel like I made a new friend too! Enjoyable until you leave the lot I had a very good experience buying my car. Unfortunately after I left it was not as great.. Communication to get my navigation system installed was f I had a very good experience buying my car. Unfortunately after I left it was not as great.. Communication to get my navigation system installed was frustrating and I felt like they were trying to put it off as long as possible. Then after my system was installed, I came home and realize a peice of my dash was missing, it was not hooked up to my stering wheel, the system was not what they promised, and I was completely unsatisified. After finally getting someone to "fix" it, I am still left with issues and can not get the sales manager to return my two calls so far. Not the best customer service if you ask me. More

The dealership did not have a 2014 Camry LE that I wanted and they found one for me. The only disappointment I had was that Toyota does not make the Camry LE with a V6. My 2007 Camry had it and I really liked it. This was my second time buying a vehicle with this dealership and I am very pleased. I want to commend all the staff that I dealt with and with the staff that was just around the area. Everyone was polite and professional. The lobby was very clean and pleasant. I rate this dealership very a very high rating due to their professionalism. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a great buying experience. Carol recommended Ken to me, based on our prior conversations. When I was waiting to receive my car, a Serviceman walked by. He said, "You are going to love driving that car!" I do customer service for a living and the best way to give 100% is to listen to your customers and he did just that. It was very appreciated and I love my new car:) More
