The moment I pulled up to the lot I wasn't hounded by the vulchers of a dealership. Having worked with Travis Ratliff before on a previous purchase, I asked for him personally. I told him my situation and what I was able to afford. Travis showed me what I was looking for and worked with Pace Clyncke to make it happen. Travis has always had a great attitude and makes sure that the customer is the number one priority. The whole process was smooth and seamless. I traded a 2012 Tundra for a 2014 Tundra and got my wife a 2014 Corolla for the same payments as I was paying on the 2012 Tundra all with in about 2 hours. Now that was magic. All joking aside, this was a good buying experience. I have had some uneasy situations with car dealerships, many of them living up to their reputation as shysters. Travis Ratliff was fun to talk to and made it fairly easy and quick to get the deal done. He worked with us to get us within the price/ payment scope we needed to work with, and we were happy with the deal we got when we drove away. If you'd like some constructive criticism: let the potential buyers test drive without the salesman in the car. I realize this may be company policy, but it makes it easier to discuss the vehicle with your significant other when you are test driving alone. Other than that, I'll say that due to Travis being easy to work with, and the finance department (Brad) being up front, honest, and informative, we will be back when it's time to trade in our Jeep. More

Long Way for a Truck...but worth it I talked to Erin on the phone from Wyoming about the truck I ended up buying. He was very helpful over the phone and just as nice in person. I flew into Denver and took a shuttle to Greeley for the transaction. Once I was at the dealership, everything went great. Everyone was very helpful and the vehicle was exactly how Erin described it over the phone. They gave me a fair price on the truck, and threw in a topper from another truck that was on the lot. They also gave me floor matts and got me a discount at the local car stereo place for a new deck. I would highly recommend Ehrlich Toyota and Erin Schauer. More

It was an experience After having my previous vehicle for 16 yrs., and buying new at the time, it did feel like things had changed a bit. I was surprised that with the vehicle I purchased that there wasn't a little more room for negotiation on the price., but I also realize that the Highlander Limited seems to be in short supply and to get basically the exterior.color and interior color that I wanted, I felt kind of lucky. Before I decided to purchase at Ehrlich I had checked prices up and down the front range but did not feel good about taking my business out of town. Hopefully the service dept. and the salesman I dealt with keep this in mind and will be helpful with my needs and concerns in future, because with my past experience with other dealers that hasn't always been the case.
