Finally...A pleasant car buying experience! I visited MANY other dealerships before finding Ehrlich Toyota. This dealership was the ONLY one that was completely upfront with every detail. Didn't try to swindle more $$$ out of me at the last minute. The whole process was smooth as silk. Dare I say... even pleasant. The friendliness and costumer service were unmatched!!! The transaction moved very quickly... from the Internet Inquiry, to the phone conversations, to the negotiations, to the closing of the deal through the finance department. The salesman Todd was extremely thorough! They went above and beyond... each and every one of them. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. I have never seen such friendly staff at any establishment... much less a frickin' car dealership. More
Don't go here for repairs, ever! I wrote a review once here for Ehrlich, and they took it down looks like. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Here is my story. I bought a used car from them, and the buying experience was great, however, it is what comes after that makes me hate the dealership. I took my car in for an oil change, and waited three hours after I had specifically asked for a ride back to work. They had no clue where their driving service even was. Strike one. Then, I get my car back, and they couldn't even reset the oil counter! Who works here that doesn't know how to do that? Then, I come back (because I have my warranty through them) and ask for them to look at my tire pressure sensors. They say they can't even diagnose the car, or fix it because it was not a toyota. REALLY??? Well it wasn't that big of a deal to me, so I let it go for now. Then, my A/C goes out, and as I find out as it gets colder, so does my heat. So I take it to a different dealership to diagnose, but they cannot fix it due to the warranty rules. Ok, this is getting insane, and I had never used the warranty, so I go talk to the finance dept, who was great. They were furious that I was ever told they couldn't service my car, and gave me a rental, took my car to fix it. This is where it gets interesting. The next day, I get a call from a manager who is supposed to be overseeing everything on my car. She has no record of me having a warranty she tells me...REALLY?? After sorting that out, I then get two different price quotes from her with $100 difference ON THE SAME REPAIRS, and she refuses to listen to me when I tell them my tire pressure sensors have not been working for months, and yes, I have had them reset just to be sure. two weeks later, I still don't have my car. They broke the door while it was there, so that is getting fixed as well. I am furious, and will never take my car back (when and if they ever finish it). The warranty, according to them, only covers 100 of my $750 bill, which i will be checking, because I don't trust this dealer to keep their head out of their you know where. I am telling everyone: friends, coworkers, family, and random people that will listen to never go here. Horrible experience. More

Everyone was very friendly, however, Matt was excellent when it came to listening to what we wanted, what we were looking for price wise and just the overall friendliness was refreshing. You don't see salesmen like him too much these days. He will always have us as a customer. Thank you Matt for the great experience. BBQ is in the near future for you. :) More
