Immideatly got in touch with someone and they immediately began helping us find a car in our price range. They found several vehicles, one which we really enjoyed. Nisa is awesome!! I watch kids from home so both days we were there we had several children with us. Nisa and all the staff were super nice to all the kids. Even when the little one started fussing, one sales person went to the back and got each kid a huge balloon! Not only that, Nisa was very honest about the condition of some of the vehicles which helped put me at ease, knowing that she was honest!! We are new to the area and now realize why so many vehicles carry the Earlich logo. We sincerely appreciate the kindness, fair prices, and overall amazing customer service! We hope this vehicle lasts us a while, but when were ready for a new one, we know exactly where we will be going back to!! More

Ehrlich Toyota is the bomb! Oh where to start, On March 23, 2015, I called and spoke with A.C. Told him what I was looking for and some of my needs. I drove over to the Ehrlich Oh where to start, On March 23, 2015, I called and spoke with A.C. Told him what I was looking for and some of my needs. I drove over to the Ehrlich 30 minutes later. AC had already selected a couple of cars, which might fit my needs and desires. After a short discussion and look over of the vehicles, there was one I wanted to drive. Off we went for a test drive. By the time I was 3 blocks from Ehrlich, I knew I had found a car! Back to Ehrlich to crunch some numbers and see if I would qualify, what my trade would be worth (as I still owed.), and if my credit would be where I needed. Up front, AC stated if the numbers didn't work, he would recommend I walk away and not try to pressure me. I walked into Ehrlich around 6:30 pm, by 8:30 a deal had been made, by 9:30 all paperwork was done. I left Ehrlich with my 2014 Toyota Corolla at 9:45. I have never had a more wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle than I did on March 23. I absolutely love my Corolla!! This was my second vehicle purchase with Ehrlich. I can not say enough of how my comfort and understanding of all the aspects of purchasing was made for me by AC and Aaron (in finance). The only itty bitty bump was the pay off price of my trade, I was off by $65.00. I delivered a check on Thursday, March 26, 2015, did not want a delay of paperwork completion. Did I mention how much I love my car?! Just today, I needed to bring my car in as a tire kept losing pressure, turns out there had a been a screw in the tire. One of the service mechanics stayed late to fix my tire. I have already told several people about my Ehrlich experience as well as posted on my facebook page. Great dealership! Heard about the $7 down promotion so I couldn't pass it up! After running a few numbers, the dealer found a few vehicles that would fit my wishlist as Heard about the $7 down promotion so I couldn't pass it up! After running a few numbers, the dealer found a few vehicles that would fit my wishlist as well as my budget, and I found the perftect Toyota RAV4. Definitely at the higher end of my budget, but will be well worth the money. My dealer, Roger Maricle, was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgable about from beginning to end, he made sure I walked out happy! Which I did! My parents came with me because it was my first ever car puchase, and they were aleo very well satisfied with the whole experience. The only downfall to the experience is that my monthly payments ended up being over my budget, because they showed me car that was "within my budget" and I fell in love with it, and turns out it was a little over my budget. In the end, it's worth the extra because they sold me a very nice certified used car that I can rely on. That's all I can ask for. More
