Went to Ehrlich to test drive a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid, though we had intentions of purchasing through another dealership. We were approached by the salesperson Ken Harvey while walking around the car. Ken was quick to come speak with us and allow us to test drive the car. I had done my due diligence prior to test driving as I was very interested, though Ken shared a ton of information with me before taking the car out. I respect his approach to share information about the car and felt he was not pushy at all, but very helpful. He offered to us to go with or without him, and after recent test drives with salespeople talking the entire time, we chose without. It was nice to listen to the car, road noise, and play around with some buttons rather than have small talk the entire test drive. After driving the car we wanted to sleep on it before making a decision, and Ken simply told us to reach out any time with questions or proceed. A few days passed as we continued to decide if it was right for us before Ken called to see if he could further assist us. We decided to pursue the vehicle through Ken instead of our original plan because of his excellent customer service and no pressure tactic. The car we chose had been hard to find, so we had to wait until it was shipped to this location. Ken provided frequent updates and did everything he could do to expedite the process.
