Completely Satisfied! I had spent months searching for a new SUV when I fell in love with the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I contacted McDonald Hyundai in Littleton and beg I had spent months searching for a new SUV when I fell in love with the 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I contacted McDonald Hyundai in Littleton and began working with Dave Young. Not only was he super responsive to my initial inquiry but also genuine and a true professional. His approach was relaxed; knowledgeable which in turn made me feel relaxed. I felt no pressure from him to "buy now" like I've experienced at other dealerships. In fact, he took the time to find out what I was looking for, what my car needs were and understand the situation before offering some suggestions. I was blown away! At no point did I feel like I had to "haggle" with him or the dealership to get the deal done. Dave and the dealership went above and beyond both with getting the exact Santa Fe I wanted along with handling my trade. Everyone did an outstanding job making the deal work for me. I feel this is hands down one of the best car buying and customer service experiences I've ever received!! More

In and out in a couple hours with a new car I contacted McDonald via internet and told them what I wanted. I received a call the next day about availability. I met a new salesman named Ryan the following Saturday. He walked me through everything and by noon I was on my way home. McDonald has great customer service and I would recommend them. I tried going through Arapahoe Hyundai due to its proximity to my house and they didn't respond to emails or communicate well, sucks for them because they lost an easy sale! More
