Suzanne Dumont fit into our preconceived expectation of a sales person with McDonald. She's so very "user-friendly" and made us feel like we'd known her for years. There wasn't any issue we couldn't ask about or discuss with her. We were both pleasantly surprised at her knowledge of the automobiles in their possession, the amenities of the various models Hyundai makes, and the financing of each one. The other employees, all men, obviously like and respect her - rightfully so!
