Please do not buy Any Vehicles from this dealership. There is absolutely NO customer service at this dealership!! The Hyundai Sante Fe are Unreliable! My wife and I decided to purchase a Hyundai Tucson a few months back. He was super friendly, and we were happy he would be our sales consultant. We went for a test drive, and Payton did an amazing job showing us all of the features of the Tucson. We were sold by the time we got back from the test drive. Payton was incredibly patient with all of our questions, regardless of how stupid some of them probably were. He walked us through the sales process, and made the entire transaction super fun, and extremely easy. He's also just a really cool person to just sit and talk with. We would absolutely go back and request Payton if we buy another Hyundai. Both my wife and I highly recommend him. He was amazing! More

I have now purchased 3 vehicles new from this dealership in 24 months. I traveled from AK to CO to buy, and plan to buy my next Hyundai from them as well in spite of living 4,000 miles away. All three cars in 24 months. I traveled from AK to CO to buy, and plan to buy my next Hyundai from them as well in spite of living 4,000 miles away. All three cars I used Doe Jolly as my sales rep. Very knowledgeable, goes out of her way to make my long distance purchase easy, and personally checked up on us to make sure a problem was solved (engine check light came on after 175 miles) when we were on our way home. She knows cars inside and out and the electronics that are now suffused throughout the car, dash and and engine. Financing was easy via John Francis O'Hanlon who did not hard sell me on the extended warranties once I said I was not interested. For any potential customers reading this, the warranties were an extra 10% the cost of the car, and Hyundai has warranties for 3 years on the glass and 5 years on the powertrain. So consider the time value of the extra 10% cost, and consider do you really trust a minor insurance company to first, still be in business in 5 years, and second, will they actually honor the policy, or third, will they deny your claim to save themselves money. Skepticism is a virtue, especially in regard to insurance. Anyways, I obviously like Doe and John Francis and highly recommend them and McDonald Hyundai. More
