She was able to answer all my questions on the phone and assured me that I would not be disappointed with her salesmanship or the car. We worked out most of the sales contract over the phone before I even got there. In and out with my new car in approximately 2.5 hours! I got exactly what I wanted for exactly what I wanted to spend!
