After coming back in a week later, Suzanne helped us to test drive the right one, and get our trade-in looked at. After negotiating the final price without any pressure, we bought the car, and finishing all the paperwork and loan papers with Alex was easy and quick. We are very happy with the friendly people we dealt with, and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good experience buying a car. More

Needless to say, we will not be going back after this experience. The service adviser, Madisyn, was very dismissive of some rather serious concerns we have on our brand new 2019 Santa Fe. I will be filing a complaining with NHTSA and going elsewhere. Buying a car from this place was also not the best experience, but what can you expect. At least with lots of negotiation, we were able to get them to go lower than Costco's auto program price. I will give Shay in Parts a shout-out, though, for being reasonable and helpful. More

We made our decision, and although it was a very busy Saturday at the dealership, Trenton made sure that all of our needs were taken care of and that the process moved along fairly quickly. Spencer was also a big help in speeding us through the process. Let's face it! Buying a car takes a few hours!
