Recently purchased a 2021 Pallisade. This was our first purchase in quite a while and the most money we have ever invested in a vehicle. As such we were being very careful in our selection. We compared the Pallisade with Volvo, Audi, VW, Chevy, Subaru, Buick, and Lincoln all three row mid size SUV s. Cost, feature and reliability all lead us to the Hyundai Pallisade. However that effort resulted in many trips to McDonald Hyundai to convince ourselves that this was the right decision. Every time we arrived our sales agent, Jerry Farmer, was extremely friendly and helpful. His knowledge and willingness to get us answers, was greatly appreciated. Jerry reached out to us several times to inform us of new arrivals on the lot and to keep us informed of current promotions. As a matter of fact the entire staff at McDonald Hyundai were friendly and helpful. The whole process was pleasurable and low pressure.
