She not only texted me but called me as well to give me updates on my car. Car arrived early (May) so made arrangements to come out here (live in a different state) to pick up my car. Went to pick up my car and unfortunately Hyundai had recalled a few of their vehicles due to the seat belt pretensioners. Not the dealers fault. Allona kept in touch with me and contacted me right away when Hyundai had a fix. I was on Amtrak heading home. One week later I was back on the train to Colorado to pick up my car! I finally met with Allona on June 27th to complete all the paperwork. Dealership was fantastic. Did not have to give them a down-payment. They sold the car at MSRP. I would certainly buy another car from Allona! More

Working with Genesis Sales Consultant Micah Levy, we leased a 2022 GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige SUV. This is an amazing vehicle and Motor Trend’s 2022 SUV of the Year. In fact, it was their December 2021 is leased a 2022 GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige SUV. This is an amazing vehicle and Motor Trend’s 2022 SUV of the Year. In fact, it was their December 2021 issue and then, lots of web research, that sold us. Nothing else in this category came close. We love everything about it! Micah was very friendly, helpful and responsive in our six-month quest to obtain the desired package and color combination (stunning Himalayan Gray with Obsidian Black interior). He even provided a missing accessory we wanted at no charge. He spent quality time at delivery demonstrating the features and user-friendly infotainment system; and did not rush us through the process. Flew in from another state to pick up a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Ioniq with 8432 miles. We already own a 2022 Ioniq and loved it so much we wanted a second one. Talking with the sales person Kyle McMillen on the phone, he told us that this vehicle was a retired service loaner. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership to make the purchase. Our sales person was not there so someone else handled the paperwork. No Problem. Were told that the sales person needed to sign off on the paperwork later and they would email me all the documents the next day. Friday. (I had to ask for the paperwork a week later). Upon loading the vehicle for our return home I notice there is a trailer hitch installed. When I inquire about that they say "our mistake, yeah this car is actually a lease return". Red flag for me. Paperwork is done. We are now driving home. Spend the night in Glenwood Springs. Next morning it is lightly snowing and forecast for a bunch of snow. We continue to not get stuck. Driving the car on the open road home we notice that the car is pulling to the right. We have not hit anything or taken it off road or anything of the sort. All smooth roads. After getting home we make contact with the Kyle at the dealership to inform of the pulling to the right. Vehicle needed an alignment. Also there were missing body parts underneath due to the trailer hitch install. He immediately referred us to his brother Kenneth McMillen the sales manager. I shared my concern about the alignment and the issue of a trailer hitch being installed. Kenneth made my point of concern perfectly by stating "there is no way of knowing if anything was towed with the car". Thank you Captain Obvious. Kenneth informs me to take the car to an alignment shop and get an alignment. Then tells me to let him know how he can help. I get the alignment and let him know he can help by covering the $130 cost and sending me the missing factory installed underbody parts. All this to a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that passed their 173 point inspection. Kenneth informs me the dealership would go out of business by fixing all the pre-owned vehicles and then does not reply back. Paid full asking price of a vehicle that was supposed to be a retired service loaner. Passed their 173 point inspection but still needed an alignment and has missing under body parts and a trailer hitch. I feel that this dealership cannot be trusted. Wanted to warn others to beware. Clearly by living out of state I will never do business with this dealership again but that would be the same for me if I lived around the corner from them. On a side note it has been almost a month and they have still not given me the title. Wonder if there is a problem with that. More

This was the complete opposite of my past 6 plus years of experience (and unfortunately the past month) with Arapahoe Hyundai- I had no idea I could go to another Hyundai, so I wish I would have done that a long time ago. I will definitely be recommending McDonald Hyundai, Doe Snyder and all there to anyone I know needing a new car. With so many changes in the world these past couple of years due to the pandemic, customer service and true professionalism and concern for customers has dramatically declined across so many companies. My experience with Doe, Grant and a couple of others with McDonald Hyundai was not only so pleasantly opposite of that, but so refreshing! Even the emails from you- which I did not have time to respond to previously, so I apologize- after I had communicated with Doe, were different from Arapahoe Hyundai and 4 other Hyundai dealerships I communicated with- was out of the norm. I so appreciate the excellent service and care your team and the entire dealership provided to me. Honestly, Doe had no idea I would even eventually purchase from her; she simply spent the time to educate, truly help me and provide me with options and decisions, never making me feel obligated to come her way.
