This dealership is built on fraud, lies, and deception. We were buying a car in the shortage crunch and knew there was no bargaining on the price. We didn't haggle. Once the car came in, our agreed upon price and terms were reneged. They added options to the car that were not asked for and worse, they said we couldn't pay cash and HAD TO FINANCE through them. They changed the terms and said we had to carrying a note with them for a minimum of 6 months! Who does this? Liars and cheats - that's who. We immediately purchased a car from a different dealership, and when I called to tell them why, they hung up on me. They said that this was what they wanted, and we were lucky they weren't charging a premium over the MSRP. They thought they had us over a barrel because we were to pick up the car the next day. Do not go to this dealership. They value engorged profit above integrity, truth, and honesty. Suzanne Dumont, in particular, was the initiator of this ruse. She has great reviews, but do not believe them. She saw only one thing - more money for her - and stuck to her guns - even hanging up on me when I expressed (without raising my voice) disappointment with the way we were treated. Save yourself grief and money. Go buy your car elsewhere. More

Was looking for an electric car and given market conditions, couldn’t find one anywhere. Walked into Hyundai and Brandon took great care of me! Found a Kona and very pleased with performance. Beyond dissatisfied. They gave me an estimate to make my sunroof operable and after two weeks of them working on my car it turned out to be double the price. I asked them to just put it back how I brought it in. Three weeks later I paid $2,000 to pick it up. Half the sunroof railing system was missing (they accidentally threw it in the trash) and the glass was fastened by two screws (manager said it’s they best they can do). Unsafe to drive. The manager and his manager agreed it wasn’t fit to drive but they have not done a thing to correct their mishandling of my car. Lots of lip service but not a thing to show for it. I duct taped the glass and drove home slowly on the back roads. My boyfriend, who is not a certified mechanic, fixed it for me that same day. Other problems when I received my car: My back up camera didn’t work; both overhead light consoles not it place, busted passenger storage console; missing “buttons” to hold interior in place; grease marks throughout interior. I am so disappointed that anyone would think this is acceptable… and they charged me $2,000! The owner, Bruce, tried to sell me insurance. When I told him my experience he deferred the problem back to the managers I was already working with. More

Everything was low-pressure, chill and exactly as expected. Because of the quick turnaround of the sale, we had our kid with us and they even let her help herself to their employee lunch, which made a HUGE difference for her, and let us get through the paperwork super fast. You seriously can't go wrong with Brandon or McDonald Hyundai. More
