Very genuine and caring not only as sales people but also very customer oriented. They have both routinely followed up with me on my purchase and have made sure I was aware of the McDonald Hyundai customer appreciation nights as well. I highly recommend both of them. The two of them are 5 star rated in my book. As for the dealership itself I'd rate the dealership as 4 stars. A few minor issues in regard to ordering accessories and installation otherwise I'd rate the dealership as 5 stars. More

Ken reminded me what it means to give great service When I walked into Hyundai, I wasn't expecting to buy a car. I was really just looking around at my options. Ken spent quite a bit of time asking me a When I walked into Hyundai, I wasn't expecting to buy a car. I was really just looking around at my options. Ken spent quite a bit of time asking me about my wants, my lifestyle, etc. And then he was more than happy to show me the car I thought I wanted to see, but he also gave me the option of seeing the car he thought I was describing. This puts any customer in an interesting position because of course the salesman is going to try and upsell you. But rather than actually trying to upsell me, Ken did a great job of listening to me and finding me the car that was below my budget. I've never been happier with a purchase, and I can tell you that his refusal to be pushy or anything other than trying to genuinely help was both refreshing and memorable. I would highly recommend coming here to buy a car, and I would HIGHLY recommend seeking out Ken. He's a gem that you don't find every day. Rune Nilsen helped with all the paperwork, and he was also amazing. Walking me through everything, clearly explaining everything… I honestly can't tell you they can do anything better. These two men are great! More
