Poor Communication !! On Friday May 29, 2015 stop by the Dealership without my Husband, to turn in my credit application. A month ago I was approved for a 2015 Hyundai Sona On Friday May 29, 2015 stop by the Dealership without my Husband, to turn in my credit application. A month ago I was approved for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Nate did a great job !!! After talking it over, we decided to pass on the vehicle, my heart was still wanting a more sporty-coupe car.. I saw a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe for sales. After sitting at the dealership for 2 hours I told Jeff, I need to be in parker by 6pm. Jeff said he would be in touch regarding the approval.. Saturday afternoon ... Finally at 12:30pm on Saturday afternoon , my husband told to reach out Jeff to see if we been approved. Jeff finally two hours later, said yes we are approved, but need additional money down. I reached at to Jeff TWICE ASKING HOW MUCH MORE ? NEVER HEARD BACK FROM JEFF OR ANYONE ON SATURDAY from the dealership !!! WOW ... THE LACK OF COMMUICATING WITH ME , MAYBE IF SOMEONE WAS DEALING WITH MY HUSBAND, WE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED AN ANSWER.. VERY DISPAPPOINTED :( If I really was not approved, someone should have been more honesty and communicated that to me or my husband !!! More
Surprise fix Christopher Logan surprised me when I came to service to discuss a problem with an updated download on my 2013 Sonata. I thought it was my limited te Christopher Logan surprised me when I came to service to discuss a problem with an updated download on my 2013 Sonata. I thought it was my limited technology phobia that caused me not to be able to get my phone to sinc with the car. He dropped everything to come to my aid by getting into the car and tried to do it for me. He had trouble completing the task as well. I thought I would have to make an appointment to have service find out the problem but he asked if he could take the car to the service area and see if they could find the problem. As it turned out there was a problem with the software download so they re-did it and now it works great. I have grown accustom to using the hands free feature. Thank you Christopher for your help in getting my problem solved quickly. More
