A little surprised to see these other bad reviews, because I had a great experience here compared to literally all the other Hyundai dealers in this part of Colorado. Was skeptical, but did a full tun because I had a great experience here compared to literally all the other Hyundai dealers in this part of Colorado. Was skeptical, but did a full tune up on my car since I already had to get some recalls done. Car is driving like new, and only 24 hours later. Can’t even believe it compared to all my recent mechanic visits. Scott and the service team knocked it out of the park for me personally. More

Very disappointing. I was ready to purchase. I just needed to test drive the vehicle. I wanted to take it on a similar-type route that I drive for my commute. I drive 40 I was ready to purchase. I just needed to test drive the vehicle. I wanted to take it on a similar-type route that I drive for my commute. I drive 40 miles to work over hilly terrain. I was told I could take the vehicle for 5 miles. When I questioned them, I was told “ the test drive cannot be a hour long. If that doesn’t work for you then we may not be the dealership for you.” I wanted to see how the vehicle did on hills AND in traffic. I was trading in a small suv on a much larger one. Needless to say, I’ve been telling everyone of my VERY unpleasant experience. BTW. That was THE best sales technique - for another dealership. They allowed me to take it on a long test drive - into the mountains. We bought a vehicle that night. More
