Gabriel, The vehicle was built how you initially ordered it. After ordering your unit and it receiving a build date you requested to change the motor which was not possible. We offered to build you a Tahoe with the 6.2 and are still willing to do so. My request to make a change occurred in Dec. 2021. My conversation with Kevon was clear and he acknowledged my request. He even acknowledged my prior request during conversations with him in May 2022. My initial request was many months prior to the order even being accepted by GM. The issue at hand was not the engine. I would have been willing to work with your dealership on that. The issue at hand is that I was lied to and it appears the lies still continue.
