Customer Experience I found the vehicle I was looking for, on-line, at McCurley Integrity Chevrolet Cadillac. I phoned with specific questions and was connected with Sal I found the vehicle I was looking for, on-line, at McCurley Integrity Chevrolet Cadillac. I phoned with specific questions and was connected with Salesman Tim McKinnon. Tim answered all my questions and encouraged me to come in to see the vehicle in person and to experience a test drive. Tim provided me with his phone numbers and also his email. I chose a day for us to meet and made the 2-1/2 hour trip to Pasco. Tim was waiting for me at the front door of McCurley Dealership. We sat down for a discussion about a trade-in and possible financing. The next step was to see the vehicle which was showcased in a private holding area. Tim explained all the features along with demonstrations. We then took a test drive which was very impressive. By then, I had decided to purchase the vehicle. The last step was to secure financing. Less then an hour later, I was on my way home in my beautiful 2018 vehicle. It was a great experience working with Tim and I give him high praise. More
