Had the oil changes and tires rotated on my F250 Platinum. Dropped off the truck and retuned to pick it up after a call from the dealership. Using my Ford Rewards app I entered the invoice number a Platinum. Dropped off the truck and retuned to pick it up after a call from the dealership. Using my Ford Rewards app I entered the invoice number and returned to car fax for my vehicle. I have two recalls that were corrected. Why would this dealership be unaware of any recalls? More
