What an amazing experience buying all the way from Michigan! I had the pleasure of having Andy Herrera as my salesman. During the initial call Andy showed me every square inch of the truck in facetime highlighting defects and damage, he even laid on the ground to show me the underside while he was in dress clothes!! Andy’s precise communication, efforts to find information, and constant updates made me know i wasnt showing up to any surprises and earned my trust. Andy helped walk me through the credit application process and sent everything over the phone to cut down on time once we arrived. Once arrived Andy volunteered to go out of his way to pick my wife and I up from the airport and then secured a very nice loaner car (shoutout to his manager for the green light on that!) for us until my truck was done. Andy gave us great local recommendations for food and time killers (for the present time and for night life). During his regular communication with me during our waiting process away from the dealership, I casually mentioned to him that I wanted to take home a souvenir Longhorn Skull, Andy then took the time out of his day to research multiple possible places before locating and securing a bull skull for me from a LOCAL vendor. If that’s not above and beyond, then i don’t know what is! Once the truck was finalized, I then had the pleasure of dealing with Tre who handled my finances aswell as warranties. Tre was extremely straightforward, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Once departed Andy has continued to communicate with me for a couple warranty items on the vehicle that im hoping get resolved and has even asked for updates from those in charge on his day off. This has been by far been the best purchasing experience of my life and I would do it again in a heartbeat. You’re the best Andy! More
