Excellent buying experience! I bought a Raptor at this dealership and had a great experience. My salesperson was Majd and finance was Soheil. Majd was very professional and had a I bought a Raptor at this dealership and had a great experience. My salesperson was Majd and finance was Soheil. Majd was very professional and had a great personality. Most importantly he was very knowledgeable about the truck, down to the specific technology details. He showed me the truck and went over everything. Test drive went well and he let me test out some of the features like lane keep assist. After buying the truck he gave me a couple Raptor hats too! It was late when I arrived at the dealer, around 8pm, and made a deal as they closed. They even let me use a different new truck to drive to work that night as a loaner because I had no transportation (traded my old truck). I finished up with finance the following day with Soheil. He was very professional and nice as well. He did everything he could to find the cheapest interest rate and warranty price. And on top of that, he offered me 2 free oil changes. The only cons I can think of is that I had to return to the dealership twice. Once because Soheil forgot to ask me to pay my down payment during the finance portion. No big deal as I was just down the street. And second when I had to re-sign some paperwork for the finance due to a small change, which was not dealerships fault, but this was the next day. Overall, I had an excellent buying experience with McCombs Ford West. Got the exact truck I wanted and more! I definitely recommend my Majd and Soheil, and will send anyone that needs a new Ford to them. Thanks guys! More
