I gave this rating because from the moment we stepped foot in red mccombs ford west we were treated with disdain. The rep zach we worked with was aloof and unfriendly. Randomly in the middle of our visit he dismissed himself and introduced a guy named Fabian... Funny accent, but that's the only funny thing about him, he didn't listen to what we wanted in a car, instead he started pulling up tons of vehicles we had no interest in whatsoever. He thought we were previous buyers from them, when we had explicitly told them we were not, kept forgetting our names, and had no intention of changing the price on the car a penny. The overall experience was horrible. We left within 15 minutes of stepping in the door because everyone was so rude and not willing to help us find the right car. My husband and I do not recommend this dealership, but if you have to go stay as far away from Zach and Fabian as you can! More

Very painless experience! Our salesperson, Mr. Glenn Vaughn, was extremely knowledgeable about Ford's products and seemed to be a subject matter expert on the particular car we bought (Fiesta). Best car buying experience ever! I love showing off my new 2012 Ford Explorer! Glenn was a wonderful salesman who not only found us the perfect vehicle, but also entertained two 10 year-old boys who were new 2012 Ford Explorer! Glenn was a wonderful salesman who not only found us the perfect vehicle, but also entertained two 10 year-old boys who were not thrilled about hanging out at a dealership. We were then able to take the vehicle on an extended test drive over the weekend. There was very little haggling, and they were able to give us our desired over-all price and financing within twenty minutes! I have purchased 7 cars, and McCombs was able to take the pressure off of buying! There was not one time when they tried to con us into another vehicle, they did not try the 'meet my manager' craziness with the condescening tone... They listened to what we wanted, found our vehicle, and fully explained our fincancing in a way I could understand. More
