sales Worst experienced ever! I went in on july 17th to trade in my car and in between that up until september 16th i had 2 cars from there i was given the Worst experienced ever! I went in on july 17th to trade in my car and in between that up until september 16th i had 2 cars from there i was given the run around about everything they never paid my car off and it ended up getting repossesed and they took back there car with no explanation even lied to say i failed my customer interview (bogus) ended up 1400+ dollars to get back on track with my old car plus 300 dollar to get my car out the pound...no one has tried to contact me or apologize for the inconvience More

What the heck???? I used mcCombs Ford West website! I also received an email saying someone would call me! Nope! Bought my husbands 2012 F150 Platinum Super Crew there- in market for a new one and I can ASSURE you that none of McCombs stores will have our business! I was in car business over 20yrs and no way my people would have been so crappy to customers! More

One of the better car buying experiences I went with my 79 year old mother to look for a new vehicle for her. I had spoken with John Perez on the phone and explained exactly what we wanted and what we had to spend. John was able to locate 2 vehicles that met our needs and were within the price range we quoted. We didn't need to haggle on the price as he gave us a great deal (I did my research first) from the start and we were very pleased with the vehicle. John took the time to show my mother the options on the vehicle and make sure she was happy with the choice. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Thank you John for helping us. WRONG OIL I purchase a 2013 F250 from this dealership in Jan 2013. When I purchased the truck, I also purchased a maintenance plan. The maintenance plan called I purchase a 2013 F250 from this dealership in Jan 2013. When I purchased the truck, I also purchased a maintenance plan. The maintenance plan called for oil changes every 5K miles with full synthetic oil. Last week, I took the truck in for the 25K oil change and stated the truck was to get synthetic oil. The Quick Lane manager told me that was not the case, that it only was to get standard diesel oil as that what was in the computer system. After escalating this to the GM, I finally got them to admit they had been using standard oil in my truck when I had paid for synthetic. I went back and checked the part number for the oil they had used from my service tickets and sure enough all the oil changes were standard diesel oil. Every time I took my truck in for service and oil change, I specifically stated the oil is synthetic. Before last Friday, there was no indication they were not using synthetic oil. So, if you purchased a maintenance plan with this dealership specifying synthetic oil, go back and check you service tickets and check the oil part number on the ford web site to make sure they used the correct oil. I am betting they did not.... Once I discovered the deception, I asked for the engine to be replaced in my truck with a new ford replacement engine. They said that was not going to happen and I was being unreasonable. As an option, I asked for the truck to be replaced with a new truck for a trade difference of what I still owed on this truck. The GM, met with me about that. At the time, there were no trucks on the lot with the same package and color of my truck to trade with them for. There were four trucks that were the same color but a higher package. So I asked for one of them. After working with the GM to get this truck, we were unable to come to a price that was not 18K difference than what I owed. I have filed a complaint with Ford, the BBB, the Corporate office (no response) and of course at he dealership. So, they are running a scam on using standard oil in vehicles even if you purchased synthetic oil. Check your service tickets and call them out on this. More
