Worst experience ever! Bought a 2017 Ford Escape. Advertised price was $2000 below what I paid because car came with Polysteel. When I asked for proof of pilysteel a few day Bought a 2017 Ford Escape. Advertised price was $2000 below what I paid because car came with Polysteel. When I asked for proof of pilysteel a few days later excuse was they had lost the work order and would need to reapply it to the car. Right... gotcha! Do not fall for this! Demand to see proof of application! Also purchased extended warranty, which finance manager said included one chip key in case we needed it. Gotcha again! Upon closer inspection the key was actually an extra $395 charge. Do not fall for this! Lastly I've been complaining of a rancid smell when I turn on the air conditioner for the last two oil changes but was told nothing could be found and suggested I change my filters which I did. Still stunk so after doing my own research I took it in and asked them to check for clogged air conditioner drain. Service rep told me that isn't covered by warranty. What? Yeah, that's part of normal maintenance like changing your oil. He said it needs to be blown out, and when I asked if he could do that for me, he again said it was not covered. In all my years of owning cars I have never blown out the air conditioner drain as part of normal maintenance. They ended up doing it and not charging me after all saying that the warrant covered it, but why give me s hard time to begin with, or making me figure out what was wrong? Worst service ever! Do not buy a new car or get your car serviced here! More

We drove up from Laredo only to have AJ and Jamie Crawford the business manager say that Mohammed was a LIAR and they could not sell me the car at that price because they would lose money. When I showed Crawford the text message proving what I had been told, they told me 22900 was all they could do, and any lower and they would lose money. All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, AND THANK YOU guys!!! We went to Covert Ford in Austin and found another 2017 mustang at an even lower price!! WOW!! Everything happens for a reason. We uncovered a bunch of liars (their words not mine) and got an awesome deal!! Guys, if you're looking for a ford, go to Austin's Covert ford to buy. Don't waste you time here at Mcombs. More

Our 4th car from McCorbs So I recently just bought my 4th vehicle at McCombs and I wanted to take a minute and say thank you to my salesman DJ. I also wanted to get a special So I recently just bought my 4th vehicle at McCombs and I wanted to take a minute and say thank you to my salesman DJ. I also wanted to get a special thank you to Brian the Sale's Manager. Like a said it's the 4th car I have bought here and like buying a car anywhere there is stress and negotiations during the deal but DJ was great at making it work. I have great credit and I was pre approved before I started looking for a new truck but it didn't make finding the right truck at the right price any easier. I am very picky when it comes to buying a truck and I know I can be hard to deal with too. DJ stayed with me the entire time and made sure I got everything I wanted and that I was completely satisfied with the deal before I went in to sign. In the end they had to bring in a truck from out of town to get me what I wanted and they didn't hesitate to make the drive to get it. They gave me a good deal on my trade and never pressured me to up sell or buy anything I didn't want or need. We are looking at the 2018 Ford Expedition when it comes out and our first stop will be at McCombs to talk to DJ and Brian. More
