Edgar went up and beyond to get my previous truck paid off, keep me at about the same payment level and get me as many discounts and extras on the new truck as possible. I am thrilled to be in a 2018 Ford Truck XLT Crew cab with Texas package, Eco boost ,including several feature upgrades that the previous truck did not have. Edgar exceeded my expectations when he took time to make sure I understood and could operate the truck features as well as syncing my phone and setting up my Sirius Radio! I am a very satisfied customer and I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

First time car-buying experience This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I was a little nervous to head into the dealership and make it happen. However, I knew exactly what I w This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I was a little nervous to head into the dealership and make it happen. However, I knew exactly what I wanted in my F150 due to extensive research. I was matched with McCombs West through USAA car buying to their internet sales department. I had spoke with an internet sales rep so they knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked in the door. In all honesty, my first impression with the dealership was slightly negative due to some confusion with who exactly I was arranged to meet with. The reps at the front wanted to essentially start from square one with me on what I was looking for and I was not having it. But then they got in contact with the internet sales rep and after about 5 minutes I was matched with Ernie. He was quick to find exactly what I was looking for from his brief exchange with the internet sales rep. He then brought the truck around front for me to take a look at and eventually took for a ride. Ernie was very honest and not pushy. He was well aware that I knew what I wanted and therefore made the test drive experience very comfortable. We then went inside and he came back with a price that was fair and reasonable. From there, the rest of the buying experience to leaving the lot in my new truck went smoothly. The only reason why I gave it 4/5 stars was due to the first impression. Other than that, it was a great experience! Would recommend. More

No, I steer away from rough terrain and I do not treat or expect as though I am operating a Cadillac, F-150, a Mercedes Benz, etc, etc. I am mindful that the vehicle has four cylinders yet Ford still need communicate more honestly and open. Yes, they were polite, courteous as all sales individuals are taught and observed. I pray in my heart MFW talked the truth to me. Since they were posted in Facebook about the Recall of their vehicles, the company needs to be honest with prospect buyers and current customers alike. Yes of course, I am grateful they saw that I was distressed, quite concerned, and took back the car for a 2018 5 door Ford Focus when my visit was why the engine light was on the day after they had worked on it and returned it. More
